To tell stories that are comprised of many events in chronological order, we developed an interactive timeline for Jack Morton and GM that is capable of scrolling over an indefinite period of time, and expanding or contracting with multi-touch gestures to provide closer or wider views of a given time period.

Our framework allows 100s of events, with interactive explorations of selected events with images, and videos for more detail. The extensive nesting control allows successively deeper dives into a period with more events than can be shown in a wider time span, with indicators for when there are more events to uncover. The modular system allows customer supplied additions and content management, while supporting custom graphic design and effects.
